Multi Effects Processor for Guitar
-Surpass all Previous Standards

  • Drive Selector & Gain +- Key
Ten types of "Drive Sound", a key factor in guitar sound, are available, including five Amp-Modeling sounds. Additional Acoustic Simulation is provided, allowing you to switch between the different types at any time

using the dedicated selector knob in a single action. Using the Gain ± Key, you can turn the Drive module ON/OFF or change the Drive circuit's gain or depth at any time.

    DRIVE MODULE

    FDR CLN (FDR Clean)

Simulates the clean sound of a built-in type tube amplifier.

    US BLUES

Solid crunch sound for playing the Blues.

    MS DRV(MS Drive)

Drive sound emulating a British style tube stack amp.

    BG DRV(BG Drive)

Drive sound emulating a tube stack amp with a tight and controlled midrange.

    PVY DRV(PVY Drive)

High-gain tube amplifier drive sound, great for heavy metal.

    OD(Overdrive)

Extended overdrive sound with the character of tube amplifier distortion.

    DIST(Distortion)

Distortion similar to driving a three-stack amp in the hard rock style.

    LEAD

    Smooth, bright distortion sound.

    FUZZ

Sixties style fuzz sound with fat bass.

    METAL 7th

Heavy metal type sound with emphasized bass and treble. Suitable for 7-string guitar.

    ACOUSTIC

Changes the sound of an electric guitar into that an acoustic guitar.

  • Built-In Expression Pedal
The Expression Pedal, which allows you to give your guitar rich, extended performance, is neatly integrated into a compact unit that can be stored in the pocket of a guitar case. You can change the pedal settings by simply pressing the Pedal Assign key, while the current status is clearly displayed by a dedicated LED. Besides the volume and wah, you can also control:
  • Drive (Distortion) gain
  • Chorus depth
  • Flanger speed
  • Phaser speed
  • Tremolo Speed
  • Slow attack envelope
  • Step Effect speed
  • Input sensitivity for the Cry effect
  • Modulation frequency for the Ring Modulator
  • Pitch shift width or mixing balance
  • Mixing balance between dry and wet (Doubling / Delay / Reverb)

With the pedal under your foot, you can create unique, impressive expressions by switching to the above effects in real time. Just try it! You will produce new, fresh, striking guitar phrases in your playing.

  • 35 Versatile Effects - 9 Types of Simultaneous Use
A full array of 35 effect types are assigned to the modules and connected in series, as shown in the figure. Each module equals one unit on a stomp box. You can use up to nine effects simultaneously in various combinations, which allow you to create any sound you can imagine.

  • Preprogrammed Ready Fire Power Patch 42
Preset at the factory are 42 types of patch programs, in which 35 of the effects are combined with optimized parameters. With these patches alone, you could feel as though your guitar technique has improved. You can also edit each parameter to create your favorite sound and store it. You'll quickly see why the 606 is much more useful than just a stomp box or independent pedal alone.

  • Simple and Easy Operation
User-friendly operation is a characteristic that has succeeded from the 505II, a best-selling unit. All settings for drive types, pedal assignments, and effect parameters can be completed with just a couple of touches of the knob and gain key. With an intuitive analog sense, you can use as many advanced digital effects as you like.

  • Built-in Auto-chromatic Tuner
There is frequently no time for leisurely tuning at rehearsals just before a live show or even in the practice studio. Any inaccuracy of pitch is displayed in a rotation speed that allows quick, fine adjustment. While you are speaking, you can unobtrusively correct any tuning that has been upset by heavy arm movement - Isn't that convenient?

  • 3 Amp-Cabinet Simulators
Three typical cabinet ambiences for guitar amp -Combo, Bright Combo, and Stack‐ can be simulated. Even in multi track recordings, you can achieve a live-feel recording without difficult microphone settings (type or position).

  • ZNR-Zoom Noise Reduction System
Noise problems that occur due to high gain and distorted sound can be solved using the ZNR. A natural, smooth release, which no noise-gate can achieve, is one of the unique features of ZOOM technology.

  • More than 24 Hours of Continuous Battery Operation
On stage or in the rehearsal studio you have had to worry about running out of battery power - but the new, low power consumption design allows continuous use for more than 24 hours (alkaline type, size AA x 4). The 606 also has an AC adaptor option, giving you two choices depending on the situation, the battery, or the adaptor.
