	Four-pedal Design for Instant Effect Patch Access
	The four foot switches on the top of the unit give you direct access to any four effect patches. You can assign Clean Arpeggio, Riff Backing, Lead Solo 1, and Lead Solo 2 to the switches and quickly choose your sound as the song progresses.
	5 Amp Models, 5 Types of Distortion, Acoustic Simulator and More
	Distortion defines guitar sounds. The GFX-1 has what it takes, letting you choose among five amp modeling types and five distortion effect types. The palette ranges from traditional crunch that clearly brings out picking nuances to the characteristic high gain sound of heavy rock. Creating exactly the distortion sound you want is easy: Just use the dedicated drive-type selector and the GAIN ± keys. An acoustic simulator that makes an electric guitar sound like an acoustic is also available.

	34 essential guitar effects including dynamic, drive, modulation, and ambience effects are available, and up to eight can be used simultaneously. It's like having eight stomp boxes right there for your performance. Combination effects with two types of modulation, such as Flanger plus Chorus or Slow Attack plus Pitch Shift are also included, to further enhance your creative options.

	40 great-sounding patches are ready to go
	The GFX-1 has memory capacity for 40 patches, divided into 10 banks of 4 memory slots. the pedal comes pre-programmed with patches that emulate a huge array of guitar sounds, from modern rock, to blues to jazz. Four different tonal variations (Clean, Crunch, Overdrive, Distortion) can be selected for each bank. The sounds of many of today's hottest artists are included, letting you emulate the effect techniques of the pros.
	Total Programmability
	Every effect that is built-in can be customized, or overwritten completely to store your own custom effect patches. if you are unhappy with a custom patch, you can restore the original patch (or restore all the patches to factory settings) with the press of a few buttons.
	Amp Cabinet Simulator
	Modeled after the sounds of classic guitar amp/speaker combinations, the built-in amp cabinet simulator brings that special speaker sound to a line-connected guitar. Employ these dynamic and realistic amp sounds when recording direct, monitoring via headphones. The cabinet type can be set to Combo, Bright Combo, or Stack.
	Simple and Intuitive Controls
	Effect type selection and parameter adjustment are done in an easy 2-step process using only a selector knob and the VALUE ± keys. While operation couldn't be more simple, the range of sounds that you can create with the GFX-1 is nothing short of spectacular.
	Expression Pedal-Ready
	The GFX-1 has an array of effects like Wah, Flanger and Phase that can be manually programmed for the speed or intensity you want. And with the addition of an optional FP02 expression pedal, all these and several more effects can be adjusted on the fly while you play. The expression pedal also allows you to control volume, gain, modulation, pitch bend and many other sound characteristics.

	ZNR(Zoom Noise Reduction)
	ZNR was developed by Zoom with the specific aim of cleaning up your guitar sound. ZNR dramatically cuts noise between playing, while keeping any impact on your sound to a minimum. ZNR also assures a natural sounding release after a long sustain.

	Integrated Auto-chromatic Tuner
	The guitar tuner built into the GFX-1 can automatically detect the pitch of the input sound. Using an inventive Zoom method that clearly shows pitch shifts by the rotation speed of the LED indicators, fine tuning can be completed swiftly and without fuss. The mute function lets you tune your instrument on stage without having to worry about the sound from the amplifier.
	Low Power Consumption Design Provides Extended Battery Life
	With four AA (IEC R6) alkaline batteries, the GFX-1 can operate continuously for 24 hours or more. The separately available AC adaptor (AD-0006) lets you use the GFX-1 during extended sessions without having to worry about batteries.
